1. About us
Cool2School™ is a UK-based retailer of premium children's cooling products. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. School and bulk customers may request invoice/PO payment terms by contacting our schools team.
4. Delivery & returns
Delivery timescales and our 30-day returns policy are set out on our Delivery and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.
5. Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Cooling performance can vary with ambient temperature and use. Our products support comfort during hot weather and are not a substitute for medical advice or heat-safety supervision.
6. Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. For any questions, please contact us.
