Not quite right? We offer a simple, hassle-free 30-day returns policy.
Our 30-day promise
If you're not completely happy, you can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return an item
Returning something couldn't be easier:
- • Email our team at hello@cool2school.uk with your order number
- • We'll send you a return label and simple instructions
- • Pop your item back in its original packaging and send it off
- • Once received, your refund is processed within 3–5 working days
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, some items (such as water bottles and cooling towels) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
